Found at Richmond and Portland this stunning loft leaves me speechless with not one negative thing to say about it. Built by 59 Developments Inc this building is breathtaking.

Building

This particular loft is a 10 story building, with 9 foot ceilings, not to mention having floor to ceiling windows allowing for light to shine throughout the loft. With 52 units all ranging in size from 471 to 2159 square feet all with a modern feel to each loft, giving you a variety of options to choose from. The lofts have an exposed concrete ceiling as well as hard wood flooring in the suites and not to forget granite counter tops.

The building is close to a variety of different things, and all at your very own finger tips. For those of you who enjoy shopping there are shops just minutes away from the building as well as cafes, lounges and clubs for anyone who enjoys going on in the evenings with friends to have a good time.

The Chocolate Company Loft is a six story building with a different feel than most Lofts available to people around the Toronto area. The Chocolate Company Loft is across from the Candy Factory Loft, however the Chocolate Company Loft is not similar to the Candy Factory Loft style. Building

The Chocolate Company Loft has a unique touch to the building and the overall design, the floors are hardwood giving it an upscale feel. The Chocolate Loft Company combine the original architecture with the newly made designs.
