This particular building is created in an open concept for its residences, it is 12 stories high with over 153 suites.  Due to its amazing location it is close to the Eaton center for shopping trips, Ryerson University for students who need a place close to school, St. Michael’s hospital, and for those moments you need to get a quick bite there is a subway as well as a 24 hour dominion close by.

Amenities

 For those of you who prefer to go to the gym but do not feel like leaving your actual home than I am pleased to tell you that there is a gym as well as a workout room located in this Toronto condominium.  For times when you just need to sit down, unwind and relax than lucky for you there is a sauna just seconds away from the front door of your suit.  If you just want to have some fun with a few friends there is a billiards room, party rooms and meeting rooms and of course not to forget the rooftop deck with a barbecue area for barbecues with friends or simply just for yourself.

The Chocolate Company Loft is a six story building with a different feel than most Lofts available to people around the Toronto area.  The Chocolate Company Loft is across from the Candy Factory Loft, however the Chocolate Company Loft is not similar to the Candy Factory Loft style.  The following article will address the main questions as well as the layout of the building, the slide show at the end gives you a visual of what the inside looks like as well as a contact form at the bottom for any further questions.

Building

The Chocolate Company Loft has a unique touch to the building and the overall design, the floors are hardwood giving it an upscale feel.  The Chocolate Loft Company combine the original architecture with the newly made designs.  The Lofts expose not only parts of brick but also the beams and columns, large windows, the doors unlike most are barn style sliding doors once again giving a different feel for its residences that no other Loft can fulfill.  The high ceilings allow you to feel a sense of openness rather than feeling locked in with low ceilings, if that alone does not make you want these Lofts than i am sure the granite counters will for sure have you thinking of this gorgeous Loft.  The building is across the street from Trinity Bellwoods Park, for quick access to a streetcar just moments away is the Queens streetcar that allows you to have full accessibility to the rest of the Toronto area all just minutes away from the front door.

Amenities

Those who live in this Loft are able to experience the 24 hour concierge that is available to them at all times whether it be day or night, and for those of you who enjoy working out and keeping in shape there is no need to have to walk outside of the building because there is a gym located inside the building that is able to be used by all living in the Chocolate Company Lofts.  As well as for 24 hour safety there is security for all living in the building.

The Thomas Condominium The Residences is located in the Yorkville area at the Young and Bloor intersection.  I can not think of one negative thing to possibly say about this breathtaking condominium the suits, amenities as well as other extravagancies located in this Toronto Condominium.  At the bottom of this article you will find a slide show with pictures of the Residences as well as a way to contact us to find out more. 

Area

The Residences is just moments away from the Yorkville area not to mention the fashion boutiques of the well known Bloor Street.  The University of Toronto is able to be seen from each suit due to them all facing south, Lake Ontario is also easily spotted from this absolutely beautiful Toronto Condominium.   

Building

Unlike many other Condominiums The Residences bring a different feel to their condos.  The building is split into a hotel as well as a place for people to buy a home and live, the first five floors of the condo is dedicated to the hotel whereas from floor six to seventeen are used for only residences.  Rather than having multiple suits on each floor like many other condos The Residences have a maximum of two suits on each floor, these suits are rather large and are as large as 3300 square feet.  The suits have two bedrooms and on average have 2 parking spots.  The Penthouse suits average on about 4760 square feet, with also a private balcony.  All of the 25 condo suits face southwards toward the University of Toronto and Lake Ontario, the view is breathtaking.

Amenities

Is it not every persons dream to have an individual opening the door for you when you enter a building? well at The Residences every person who walks through these doors are given the chance to feel like a celebrity with top of the line conditions, doorman, pools both indoor as well as outdoor, spas, maid services, room serivce, gym, valet parking and for those of us who do not feel like leaving this Toronto condominium to eat out there is always the option of taking the elevator to the restuarant that is located in the building itself.  All the amenities and facilities that are available to the individuals staying in the hotel are also available to those who are residences of this Toronto condominium.

The Shangri La is located in the Toronto Bay Street area. Let me tell you I do not think I can say anything negative about this development. It truly is amazing and I will elaborate on many of its amenities and designs.  Plus the slide show below shows you how breathtaking the suites are.

Shangri La is built by Westbank and Peterson Group and is expected occupancy is 2011. The building is located on University & Adelaide and it has approximately 352 condominiums and 220 hotel units. Yes, I just said hotel that is no misprint. One section of the building is for condominium owners (higher floors) and the lower section of the building which has 65 floors in it, is designed for a 5 star luxury hotel.

Building

The building itself just like many of its other building locations (the same theme is duplicated across the world in major cities) has an eastern cultural atmosphere.

The Shangri La design team takes their architecture very seriously. They have been known to state the following line:

“Do not take design for granted, it will outlast us. So scrutinize it. Celebrate it. Relish it. The design of your home, from the entrance way to the organization of your closet space, must provide a worthy frame for a passionate life.”

The kitchens are designed with Baffi brands which define contemporary kitchen design and innovation. The collection is renowned for its exquisite form and sophisticated technology. The pool is indoors and is heated with a hot tub and deck. The fitness center is pretty large it is 2,500 square feet with top of the line TechnoGym equipment and it comes with a steam room plus luxurious showers. Residences also have access to a world class 18 seat multi-media screening room. Plus, optional housekeeping and other hotel service including room services.

If you happen to purchase one of the Estate suites which are principally located between floors 45 and above. You receive some ‘nifty’ things like; valet service, limousine service (within downtown), your own fully enclosed double car garage, built-in LCD TV into kitchen cabinetry, and much more.

Chi Spa

Shangri La has plenty to offer and one of the plus sides to living here is the fact that you can enter the CHI spa. The spa essentially is the highlight luxury amenity for the residents. L Tower

Building

It would be an understatement to declare the L Tower as a ‘unique’ building. The building is like no other building in Toronto. It is being built by Castlepoint, Fernbrook and Cityzen. It is expected to be occupied with suite owners by 2010. The building is 50 stories high and has 496 units.

The building itself was designed to wrap itself around the Sony Centre. The L Tower is literally a few steps away from Union Station, it is practically ontop of the Sony Theatre and it’s across the street from the Hockey Hall of Fame. The building truly is 21^st century living.

Symbol

The building is a “symbol for the dynamic fusion of culture and arts”. Arts because it is located on top of the Sony Centre. The L Tower will truly be a Landmark in Toronto and will re-invent the half a century old Sony Centre.
